Optimization Design of Automotive Body Stiffness Using a Boundary Hybrid Genetic Algorithm

چکیده

At the conceptual design stage, it is critical to use appropriate structural analysis and optimization methods. The thin-walled beam transfer matrix method (TBTMM) adopted establish mathematical model of simplified vehicle body-in-white (BIW) structure in this paper compare with results finite element (S-FEM) verify approach. In addition, on basis boundary simulation genetic algorithm (BSGA) local search procedure, a hybrid (BHGA) proposed. BHGA benchmarked 20 test functions compared current meta-heuristic algorithms prove its effectiveness universality. Finally, considering bending torsional stiffness constraints, BIW lightweight designed an optimizer.
